Destroy the speaker trucks as fast as possible so be sure to keep at least 3 rockets for them (alternatively, throw some remote explosives / dynamite). These attract zombie-like enemies that only use melee attacks but can take a ton of damage.
If you get overrun by the enemies they will break the gate and 3 vehicles with speakers will spawn and try to drive into the prison. Again, be sure to blow them up with a rocket right away.
